Monthly subscription packages



  • The Inquisitive - 30-45 minute online or in person consultation (included as standard in all purchased packages, but available as a standalone if you're unsure which is right for you) - FREE


Standalone PT



  • The Quietly Resolute - 4x 45-60 minute gym sessions per month (equivalent of 1 per week) -  £120

  • The Regular - 8x 45-60 minute gym sessions per month (equivalent of 2 per week) - £220

  • The Efficient - 12x 45-60 minute gym sessions per month (equivalent of 3 per week) - £300

  • The All In - 16x 45-60 minute gym sessions per month (equivalent of 4 per week) - £400


PT + Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching (recommended)



  • The Lifestyle Change - 4x 45-60 minute gym sessions + 1x 45-60 minute online nutrition coaching per month - £150

  • The All Bases Covered - 8x 45-60 minute gym sessions + 1x 45-60 minute online nutrition coaching per month - £250

  • The Full Works - 12x 45-60 minute gym sessions + 1x 45-60 minute online nutrition coaching per month - £325


Standalone Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching



  • 3 months online nutrition & lifestyle coaching (1 session biweekly - 6 in total) - £180 (£60 per month)

  • 6 months online nutrition & lifestyle coaching (1x session biweekly - 12 in total) - £330 (£55 per month)

  • 9 months online nutrition & lifestyle coaching (1x session biweekly - 18 in total) - £450 (£50 per month)

  • 12 months online nutrition & lifestyle coaching (1x session biweekly - 24 in total) - £600 (£50 per month)

Terms & Conditions


All packages are payable upfront in full, via direct debit (excluding 3, 6, 9 & 12 month nutrition coaching, which can be spread across monthly instalments). All packages that include personal training are on a rolling contract, unless stated otherwise. Cancellations/no shows with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price. Amendments with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Per month consists of 28-31 days, depending on the month (e.g. 12th-12th). Sessions can be used in any which way during this period, but cannot be carried over to a new month (unless previously agreed - holidays etc). Personal training sessions will be held at Fundamental Fitness, with the option of outdoor & online sessions upon request, and subject to availability.
